From curiosity to everyday work with essential oils and supporting women as they build their own wellness path.

Aromatherapy entered my life when I was looking for simpler, more natural ways to care for myself and my family. dōTERRA essential oils quickly became part of my everyday routine — from morning rituals to evening wind-down.
Over time, what began as a personal interest turned into a clear decision: I became an independent dōTERRA Wellness Advocate, so I could share what I'd learned with others — and show that it can become something more than a home routine, if that's what you want.
I started with a basic kit and simple daily applications at home.
I regularly take part in dōTERRA product training and continue building my aromatherapy knowledge.
Today I support other people starting their own journey with essential oils — as customers or as fellow consultants.
I am an independent dōTERRA Wellness Advocate — not an employee of dōTERRA International. I run my own business and I am responsible for the content on this site.
I regularly attend dōTERRA product trainings and keep learning about aromatherapy on my own.
I am not a doctor or a pharmacist and I don't give medical advice. If you are ill, pregnant, on medication or have allergies, I will point you to a doctor.
I write and reply in Portuguese, Polish and English — for readers in Brazil, Portugal, Poland and elsewhere in Europe.
In new and expanded articles I give sources and an update date, and I keep product information separate from general knowledge.
I'm upfront about what essential oils can and can't do, and I present the business opportunity accurately.
Before I ever suggest a partnership, I want you to genuinely understand the products and how they work.
The decision to join the team is yours — I'm here to answer questions, not to push.
